I've been involved in med-tech, pharma/biotech and ag-tech issues. This has enabled me to acquire a specific scientific culture and to adapt quickly to my clients' needs.

In recent years, I've realized that scientific excellence and strategic vision are insufficient. They need to be put into practice operationally if we are to be successful. This means structuring the team, choosing the right partners, implementing the right way of working, and controlling, anticipating and optimizing the financial elements that enable the company to fulfill its missions and ensure its success.
