Why Nine Consulting?

It was founded and named because I wanted to get teams to communicate with each other. When I played rugby at the highest level, I played as a scrum-half, the 9! His role was to energize the game and link the forwards and the backs. I want nine consulting to have that dynamism and enable the companies I work with to achieve operational excellence.

As a life sciences engineer, I completed my education with an MBA, which enables me to be the cornerstone of projects at both operational and financial levels.

I've been involved in innovation and structuring innovative projects for over 10 years and enjoy working for companies developing far-reaching innovations in strong regulatory environments. I've been involved in med-tech, pharma/biotech and ag-tech issues. This has enabled me to acquire a specific scientific culture and to adapt quickly to my clients' needs.

In recent years, I've realized that scientific excellence and strategic vision are insufficient. They need to be put into practice operationally if we are to be successful. This means structuring the team, choosing the right partners, implementing the right way of working, and controlling, anticipating and optimizing the financial elements that enable the company to fulfill its missions and ensure its success.
